Panic Attacks

Anxiety When the anxiety reaches a level where the body can no longer cope with the emotions placed upon it. Panic attacks are normally characterized by feelings of terror with symptoms of dizziness, pounding heart and faintness. During the attack, most people feel chest pain, shortness of breath and numbness in their hands. Just like fear and phobia, panic attacks can cause unwanted and irrational fears.
